A person’s self-esteem is very important, and affects many aspects of his or her life and learning.  To me, this should be respected throughout the assessment and reporting process.  As a professional who works to help people, Reed Ward takes his role very seriously of providing useful information in a way that encourages and fosters the self-esteem of each client.  The intent is to always share findings in a meaningful and positive manner; respecting each person as an individual with a unique personality, strengths, and area(s) of need for support.  One question to consider is “How are you smart?” rather than “How smart are you?”  Every person has his or her unique learning style.  Through the assessment process I can help you increase awareness, and find ways to improve in the areas that are challenging.  Knowledge is power!
